This is one of the neighborhoods in Burgas with a wonderful green area, right in the heart of the district. “Veleka” Park has sports fields, a large skateboard park, tennis courts and alleys for walks and recreation. The neighborhood has great and close access to various shopping sites. In Izgrev there are many large and small supermarkets, and in the territory of the neighborhood is located the first mall in the city - Burgas Plaza Mall. Very close to the neighborhood are situated other large hypermarkets for food and tech. Along the main transport hub in the neighborhood – “Transportna” Street, which is part of the European road E87 - are concentrated a number of car dealerships.
