We had a WhatsApp Chat with the hotel staff which assisted us with anything we wished from ice, last minute reservations, taxis, rental car, tennis lesson, a random item from connivence store, an emergency doctor appointment for an eye infection, etc etc. I think its location makes it superior to many of the other nice hotels on the island. Most of the shopping and restaurants are located in Gustavia which the hotel is only blocks away. Can’t go wrong with staying here.”
