Accommodations offer: - Integrated living environments, living room next to the kitchen - American-style kitchen, equipped with electrical appliances and various utensils - 48 inch Smart Tv and 300 mega Wi-Fi internet, for exclusive use - Service area attached to the kitchen, with washing machine - A complete bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer - Space with workstation for home office Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two single beds and a ceiling fan. Both have Smart TV. WE PROVIDE A BEACH KIT WITH 4 CHAIRS, A SUN UMBRELLA AND A COOLER. There is ONE covered parking space for small cars. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside Booking for all guests after closing the reservation; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illicit drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are grounds for terminating your stay immediately and/or charging for any damages, extra cleaning and condo fines caused by breaking these rules.
