Feel at home in this new, modern, quiet and cozy space located in Vila Mariana, a neighborhood full of possibilities and close to the Ana Rosa metro. The Apartment is designed by architect Bruna Blanco (insta: @archbrunablanco) and was made to be a very pleasant, versatile and very comfortable space. Around the condominium it is common to find a space to park your car on the street. There is also paid parking very close to the condominium, located at Rua Vergueiro 2740 - Vila Mariana.
I am a happy person. I really like people. I love my family and spend a lot of my free time with my wife and children. I seek to learn from others, everyone has something better than me and that's why I'm always open to learning. I am a dreamer and optimistic. Wishing good without looking at who! I'm part of Engineers Without Borders, volunteer work fills my soul and makes me a better person.
The neighborhood has a lot of amenities. Nearby markets to walk to: Vila das Frutas, Pão de Açúcar, Oxxo. Nearby pharmacies: Drogasil and Extrafarma. Several nearby restaurants: Highlights include Bar do Veloso, the best Caipirinha in São Paulo. The apartment is 400 meters from the Ana Rosa Metro green line station and a city bus terminal.
