The triplex is part of the ‘Condominio Beira do Mar’. As the name implies, the Condominium is at sea front. The apartment number 8 is around the middle (total number of units is 22). The location is excellent to enjoy Canasvieiras Beach. It has easy access to the beach (no need to cross any streets). It accommodates all the family together and is perfect for kids and you to enjoy the sun, sand, calm waters of the sea and relax. Activities on the water like boat trips, kayaking and banana boat are all close by. It is also, at walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and Banco do Brasil branch. Garage / Car space: The triplex has secure parking for one car. Close by streets allow free parking. Bed linen is optional: The bed linen is not included in the daily rent and is optional. Guests can bring their own (towels, beach towels, linen, tea towel and table clothes) or request at arrival for a fee.

I enjoy the common lawn area at beach front of the Condominium, the view of the little island and view of the mountains, the sunny and warm weather, nature, hiking, playing beach paddle ball (frescobol), walking on the beach, kayaking, paragliding, playing beach volleyball on the shallow waters and swimming.

Beira do Mar condominium has a private common lawn area at beach front with a few benches, pole tiki huts (palapas) and gate that gives access direct to the sandy beach of Canasvieiras. Banks, shops, bars with live music and a variety of restaurants with Italians, sea food, barbecues (Brazilian and Argentinian styles), sandwiches and light menus available at walking distance. Canasvieiras beach offers you a wide range of leisure activities like running or walking on the beach, playing Beach Paddle ball (frescobol), fishing, playing football and beach volleyball. There are, also, more activities available at summer season, such as banana boat, kayaking, paragliding, boat trips to historical fortresses going via Dolphin Bay, where at times you can watch the dolphins playing.
