Location was great. The room was exceptionally large and good value for the money. The grounds are very nice. The lodge helped set up transportation to and from Victoria Falls for me so that I wouldn't have to do that by myself, and that was great. The staff was friendly, and it was very easy to book activities. Price for activities was reasonable I thought. It was nice being greeted by a warthog outside my room in the mornings.

Very close to the Zimbabwe border and close to a market for shopping and the grocery stores are walking distance. The cabanas are huge and very comfortable. My cabana #9 had a really nice view of the River and was close to the on-site restaurant and pool. The staff are very attentive, very professional and super helpful. I want to give a shout out to the staff that arranged for me to get to the bus rank early morning so I could catch the bus to transfer to Nata and onto Maun for the Delta. The bus was around 12 USD one way, approximately an 8 hour ride. I absolutely loved the comfortable bed, the views, the pool, and the on- site restaurant had the best coffee and breakfast. I will absolutely return. I wish I could upload more photos.

Chobe Marina Lodge feels like a tree house in the jungle. It’s so green, right by the river. We also loved their swimming pool, perfect place to unwind after game drives.

I love that it was right on the river. The trees and shrubs made it feel as if it was in the middle of the park. The breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and there was lots of lounging space. I sat for a few hours in one of the swinging chairs reading my book, overlooking the river. It was great. Oh, a staff member noticed that I'd checked out at the regular 10 am checkout time, yet my flight wasn't until 6 pm that evening. She located a comfortable place for me to wait. That was service above and beyond what I usually see. I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent and offered a good variety. The food - veges, fruits etc - were all fresh. The coffee was a little bit bitter but better than most places. The view of the river was also superb.
