The view, privacy, firewood available, all essentials were available. The host was very friendly. The cabin was new and clean very warm. The BBQ was available and a great fire pit.

We stayed in cabin #2. Really liked the cozy, traditional feel of the cabin and the character it had in terms of decor. We didn't use the outside fire pit and picnic table because of the cooler temperatures when we were there, but it would be great to have that outdoor space to use in warmer weather. Excellent amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and the fancy espresso maker was a real treat!

We liked the remote location, about 1 hour drive from whitehorse & 30 minutes to Carcross. The quietness of the site is great. The family owner were very kind.

The location is was perfectly located along our route with absolutely idyllic sights. Unfortunately due to COVID we couldn’t spend as much time as we’d like but if we make it back up to this neck of the woods, we’ll definitely stay here!

A nice getaway from civilization. Isolated but cozy.

The hosts were amazing; they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The cabin itself was a little on the small side for 4 people, however, it was cozy and well equipped.

The bed was very fluffy. The view excellent. The place is in a country side environment. Excellent!

Great cabin. We keep on coming back. I think it’s the best you can get in the area. Stay here and not in Whitehorse. It’s very quiet. You feel at home. Good location to explore the area.

Good day! I would be coming to do a meditation retreat and part of the course is an online ZOOM...! I will need good wifi (is this realistic?) Thank you for letting me know! JulietteWe have satellite internet down at the cabins. The connection is pretty good, but it can be affected by the weather if a particularly heavy storm comes through.Answered on January 29, 2021

Is it in the main highway to Whitehorse. We want to stop over from fort Nelson. We are not on the Alaska Highway. We are on the Tagish Road ‘scenic loop’ that starts at Jake’s Corner and goes through Tagish and Carcross then back to the Alaska Highway just outside of Whitehorse.Answered on February 24, 2021

Is there your own kitchen for cooking an a shower is it wheelchair accessibleYes, each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Unfortunately, neither cabin is wheelchair accessible. There are several steps to get into each cabin and they both have a steep staircase to get to the upstairs sleeping area. Thanks for asking!Answered on January 26, 2020
