Lovely neighborhood close to everything! Located in the heart of Langley, Clean & Inviting 3bdrm / 2.5 baths. Perfect for families. Spacious 1800 sqft, central to shopping, transit, rec center and restaurants. You will be very pleased in this home. Just a 6 minutes walk to Corner Shopping Center featuring: Moreno’s market and deli , liquor store, Starbucks, Subway, Circle K and so much more! 5 minutes drive to Costco, Walmart, Save on Food, London drug, Willowbrook shopping center. - Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends to respect us, our tenants downtairs and our neighbours.
