I'd travelled countries & continents, and / but never met the level of service provided by William - the house offers warm brunch daily, but we travelled for work, had to leave early every day at 06:30 AM. The hosts took the the burden, effort and time to prepare warm, huge, balanced, perfect meal-on-the-go each & every day, unbelievable! and did this humbly, super kind, polite - I'm lost for words I'll be back soon, no doubt - 11 of 10 stars

The B&B is incredibly clean, stuffed with all things you might imaging to need while being on a trip. Guests have access to free snacks, fruits, coffee etc. throughout a day. In the morning one gets several courses warm breakfast/brunch cooked by a certified Chinese cook. You could easily skip thereafter a lunch. The hosts are extremely helpful. We have been even brought to the airport by the host, because we could not get a taxi in time on Sunday. It is better to have a car rented in Canada, but you can still use a bus + train to get to Vancouver downtown. We warmly recommend this place for other travellers.

This is an excellent place to stay while travelling near Vancouver. The breakfast, facilities and rooms are excellent and the hosts are wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The only thing to bear in mind is the location being away from the city. We took a bus and train into the city and it was easy - it just takes time.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked, delicious Asian food, toast, jam, milk, müsli, coffee, tea, and a lot more. William and Jessica were really very friendly and helpful. The location is near Steveston in Richmond, About 20 Minutes with bus no.406 to Brighouse Skytrain station, then another 25 minutes with Skytrain Canada Line (Blueline) to Waterfront.

The house was situated near the ocean in a quiet neighbourhood. William & Jessica were gracious hosts who thoughtfully anticipated our needs, and provided the most delicious breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and our room clean, well laid out, and private. The common area was great for relaxing, socializing with others or having a quick snack.
