Great hotel, not a big but in a very central location. Room was well sized with living area. I really liked the statement in the elevator from general manager - it gave me some confidence that stay should pass smoothly. Breakfast was a la carte, reasonable, sitting outside was also pleasant during this time of the year.

The location was great. Walkable to downtown Vancouver and Canada Place. The Hotel needs renovating but is clean and comfortable. Having a separate bedroom and lounge was a bonus.

A lovely, luxury hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. In a great location, particularly good if you are taking a cruise, it's only a very short easy walk to the Canada Place terminal. The room had high quality finishes and was comfortable. The restaurant was very good for breakfast, good options and prices were very reasonable.

We stayed twice at this hotel over a 2 week period and we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, only a 5 min walk to Canada Place which suited our Cruise embarkation. The breakfast was Continental and enjoyable.

The location was perfect for what we did (hired bikes to go round Stanley Island and Granville Island, took a Sea Plane from Canada Place, visited the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and Grouse Mountain). Plenty of restaurants nearby though the breakfast was so good in the hotel (paid for seperately) that our children asked to eat here every morning!

Flew in from Edmonton for a one night stay prior to boarding a ship for Alaska cruise. Hostel was simple to find after travelling by train from airport. Very well situated and staff very welcoming. Provided with water and assistance up stairs with our luggage. Lovely old building with plenty of character and communal toilet/shower facilities situated on same floor as room. Always felt safe and close to Canada Place for cruise. Hotel on ground floor was great where we ate pizza and had a few beers. This was a great experience.
