    I enjoyed the stay but the A/C in the bedroom was extremely loud and it was due to the filter has not been cleaned in years. I cleaned the filter and it helped. but the compressor is on its way out.

    Beautiful, clean and homely apartment. The apartment is kitted out beyond expectation and was truly a pleasurable stay. The ski village & lifts are only a 5-10 minute short walk from Timberline.

The Timberline condos are a five minute walk to the ski lifts and resort village. Many of the condos have awesome views of the ski hill or surrounding mountains, and are perfect for families, couples, and lone travellers alike. Downtown Fernie is a short drive away, and hosts a plethora of independent shops and restaurants. Please note: these units are independently managed and not associated with the King Fir Lodge. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary. - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures
