We loved everything about the property,cleaning spot on,very spacious,beautiful design felt very cosy and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed,waited until 12am for us to arrive and left coffee,pasta ,sweets and cereals in the kitchen . Highly recommended,I hope we will be back .

Die Ferienwohnung CASA URSIN ist in einem Einfamilienhauses separat im Erdgeschoss, mit eigenem Eingang. Unsere Gäste lieben die ruhige Umgebung und die Privacy. Nur wenige Schritte zum Dorfzentrum, Postauto und Restaurants. Für Familien mit Kindern und/oder befreundeten Gruppen von max. 4 Personen bestens geeignet - eingerichtet für Erholung, ruhigen Schlaf und für den Aufenthalt auf der Sonnenterrasse. WIFI Internet Access/TV vorhanden. Die CASA URSIN verfügt über zwei absolut ruhige, sorgfältig eingerichtete Zimmer mit Qeen-Size Betten, Living Room, Wohnküche, WC/Dusche und grossem Stauraum. Direkter Ausgang zur grossen - privaten- Sonnenterrasse mit freiem Blick auf Tal und die Berge. Der Living Rom ist ausgestattet mit grossem Sofa, Sesseln und Side Board. Die grosse Küche mit Essplatz bietet alles fürs Frühstück machen, Kochen, Backen und Beisammensein. Fondue- und Raclettemöglichkeiten - auch bei Mondschein auf der Gartenterrasse. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, Bikes/Skis/Boards geschützt unter Dach. Auf besonderen Wunsch führen wir unsere Gäste gerne auf Tours in die Umgebung mit offenem Oldtimer (Willy's Jeep (1948) - gerne auch zum Einstieg in die Greina.
Die Gastgeber Ursin und Carlina sind seit Jahrzehnten mit dem Tal Lumnezia eng vertraut, kennen Tal und Leute und die besondere Umgebung. Wir stehen für Gastfreundschaft, Qualität und Service und wir sind gerne bereit eine "zusätzliche Meile" für das Wohlergehen unserer Gäste zu gehen - und wir sind fliessend in D, E, I, F, ESP. Wir sind viel gereist und kennen die Bedürfnisse von Gästen in sorgfältig geführten Unterkünften.
Unseren Gästen gefällt das kulturreiche Tal Lumnezia, die Nähe zu den Skiliften, den Wanderwegen, dem Einstieg zur Greina und zu Vals - und gleichzeitig das aussergewöhnliche Dorf Lumbrein. Das Dorf liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse und öffnet den weiten Blick ins Tal hinauf zum Piz Terry. Im Dorf Lumbrein gibt es die Möglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen (Lebensmittel) und eine Käserei mit qualitativ hochstehenden Milchprodukten. Die drei Restaurants (Pez Regina, Usteria Lumarins, Alpina) bieten neben lokale Menus und guter Küche ein angenehmes lokales Ambiente - in wenigen Minuten von der CASA URSIN erreichbar - und zurück. Während der Skisaison verkehrt ein Gratis Ski-Shuttle 50 Schrittte von der CASA URSIN entfernt zur Talstation Vella - dem Einstieg in die Skiarena Hitzeggen - Obersaxen - Mundaun.
