Beautiful authentic 19th century mountain house, carefully restored with new kitchen and bathroom, amidst a marvellous mountain landscape with stunning views over the sunny "valley of light", only a 5 minutes ride from the next ski resort.
If you have questions please let us now at any moment of your stay.
The house is beautifully located in the so-called "valley of light", called Lumnezia in the local Romansh language. The altitude is 1100 m above sea level. Village and valley are close to the large ski resort of Flims/Laax, but have nevertheless preserved their original and pristine character. The next family-friendly and smaller, mid-size ski resort is only 2km away (Vella/Obersaxen) and can also be reached using public transportation (1 bus per hour). There are many options in the valley for beautiful hikes and off-piste ski tours. The famous hot springs in Vals as well as the UNESCO protected Greina hiking area are only a 25 minutes ride away. You can reach the house easily using public transportation (1 bus per hour from the closest train station in Ilanz). There is enough space to park 3 cars around the house. More parking space is available in the village (walking distance).
