Nestled in the picturesque Landwasser Valley, Davos Platz is renowned as a premier conference center and a hub for both winter and summer sports enthusiasts from around the world. This charming town offers a plethora of activities and an international ambiance.
In the winter, Davos transforms into a paradise for skiing and snowboarding aficionados. Spanning altitudes from 1124 to 2844 meters, the area boasts 58 ski lifts, 300 km of slopes, 75 km of cross-country ski tracks, two artificial ice-skating rinks, Europe’s largest natural ice rink. Thrill-seekers can enjoy eight exhilarating sledding runs. The six skiing areas of Davos-Klosters combine to form an expansive winter sports arena. For ski enthusiasts, the Parsenn area, which links Davos with the neighboring resort of Klosters, is a must-visit. Meanwhile, Jakobshorn attracts freestylers with its half-pipes and cozy après-ski huts.
