Very sunny and high quality furnished 3.5 room vacation apartment with 57m2 on the 1st floor in the building STENNA Selva. 2 bedrooms / 2 wet rooms (1x shower and 1x WC), covered balcony, open kitchen, ski room with own lockable ski locker with boot drying system and hot air heating, private underground parking space with direct access to the apartment, built-in wardrobe, free WLAN, controlled apartment ventilation, video intercom and much more. / KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with integrated freezer, oven, steam extractor, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso coffee capsules must be brought by yourself), cheese fondue set / LIVING, EATING: Dining table, coffee table, flat screen TV, sofa-couch folds out into a full size bed of approx. 160x200cm etc. / BEDROOM 1: box spring bed width 160x200cm, built-in wardrobes, flat screen TV / BEDROOM 2: 2 x single box spring bed width 90x200cm, built-in wardrobes, flat screen TV, folding clothes horse, mini folding step as well as 2 folding stools / SHOWER: with glass partition, lavabo with under cabinet, hair dryer, WC: separate WC, lavabo / DIVERSES: non-smoking apartment, pets not allowed / GENERAL ROOMS for your use in the residence SELVA: washing (washing machine and tumble dryer with coin system), stroller and sled as well as ski and bike room / CHECK-IN: from 16:00 clock and CHECK-OUT until 10:00 clock.
