The flat is located inside an elegant building with direct access to the lake, and you will only have to look up at any point of the house to catch a glimpse of the gentle waters of the Ceresio and the green mountains framing it from the many windows. As you enter, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, composed of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa where you can relax with a film or a book at the end of the day, and the dining area, with a table for 4 for lunches and dinners in company. From here you have access to the panoramic terrace, where your evening aperitifs will find the right atmosphere! The sofa becomes a French double bed for the night. From Ponte Tresa you can take the boat to the main villages on Lake Ceresio. Lugano is 10 km away.
