Visiting the city of Lugano and its surroundings will be easy at MARAINI 17, a panoramic one-bedroom apartment that enjoys a wonderful view of the lake! This apartment is located in a historic city building on Maraini Street, a 5-minute walk from the station and as many minutes from the historic center and lakefront. The living room is furnished with a dining area, with a round table for 4, and a TV area with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. The separate kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. From the living room there is access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the scenery of the lake and its green mountains, Mount Brè on the left, while sipping an aperitif at sunset on the small table for two. The bedroom is a double, perfect for couples, with a closet for your wardrobe of even the longest vacations. Finally, there is a bathroom with a tub-shower. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa. The apartment does not have a private parking space.

Surroundings: MARAINI 17 is strategically located for visiting the city of Lugano and its surroundings, 300 meters from the LAC, via Nassa 10 minutes' walk from the historic center, 2 5 minutes' walk from the station and 5 minutes' drive from the highway exit. The renowned Via Nassa, Lugano's shopping street, is just minutes away, with its boutiques and stores of the most famous fashion brands. The lakefront can be reached in a few minutes by crossing the street and walking down Via Motta. How to get there: By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit: you'll reach the apartment in 5 to 10 minutes. By train, from Lugano station walk 5 minutes.
