Vacation like at home. This modern and central apartment is completely newly furnished and has a large covered balcony, which invites you to relax. It is located on a very quiet street and yet you are in the middle of the action in less than 15 minutes. There is a visitor parking lot in front of the house, which can be used freely. In addition, you have a 1.60m box spring bed, Smarttv, Netflix, W-Lan, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a hair dryer in this new apartment.
