Would you rather have an aperitif with friends/family, a BBQ on the terrace or simply let the silence take effect on you. With the wonderful mountain view over the whole of Flims and into the Surselva mountains, you will be able to do this with ease. The bed on the balcony is just one of the highlights for all pleasure people. The balcony also offers a barbecue and dining area. The approx. 60m2 flat has a meditative bedroom with queen-size bed and enough storage space for personal belongings. After eventful days, the living room with its spacious sofa and a flatscreen provides the relaxation you need. There is nothing like cooking together or having a fondue with your loved ones, our modern kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need is suitable for this. The famous lakes Cauma and Cresta can be reached by a short walk. We also provide a stand-up paddle for our guests, which you can use at the lakes mentioned.

The quiet yet central location is the perfect starting point for activities of all kinds. Whether by car or public transport, a relaxed arrival should be guaranteed. Parking spaces for 2 cars are available free of charge. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. With the local bus you are in the village centre, the mountain railways or the popular lakes in a few minutes.
