We loved the views from our room and the lounge. We would not recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a Marriott feel. To get to the hotel from the parking lot is about a 2-3 minute walk on a very sturdy wooden walkway. They did have a man that took care of our luggage. The hotel has a rustic elegant feeling with no elevator or TV's anywhere and the internet only worked in the lounge area. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. That being said we would definitely stay there again!! We ate all our meals in their restaurant and were very happy with the price, quality and service. Breakfast is served in the lodge and was very good. The English speaking young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The view is the best we've ever had from a hotel room. Little over an hour to drive to start of Mirador Las Torres, but I'm still glad we stayed here rather than the Hotel Torres del Paine.
