Cleaning prior to check-in and after check-out is included. Guests that wish to have extra cleaning will have to pay USD 30 per day for the one-bedroom apartment and USD 40 per day for the 2-bedroom apartment.

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.
