The property is strategically located in the most secured part of Buea - Clerks' Quarters, that also doubles as a commercial district and borders the Administrative Quarters of Buea It is very accessible - on the high street and extremely secured.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is very safe. Security is ensured as it is surrounded by the Police, Military and Paramilitary. Also, within 5 minutes walk, there are restaurants, bars etc with a very good night life
