The facilities are superb. Tapping the key against the handle reader unlocks the door. Then the magic begins. As soon as the card is slotted, the lights come on and the Aircon kicks in. Then, the drapes slide open and the TV comes on with a welcome message. In about 3 to 4 minutes the room is comfortably cool. We were met by a lovely Chinese lady and a young man who tried to help but the language was a barrier. Sales Manager, Kalyn, was on hand and she breezed us through the process. She even offered us a free breakfast coupon each. After checking-in she and the young man assisted us with a taxi. That’s above and beyond. Kalyn also helped us when we checked out. She is an absolute gem n the hotel is lucky to have her. The property is a short walk from the train station n mostly all underground which was a blessing the the rain came pouring down.
