About this property
Ideally housed in an iconic building in Lujiazui financial district, IFC Residence is around a 3-minute walk from Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai Tower and Oriental Pearl TV Tower. It offers an indoor pool and lavish apartments with double-glazed windows overlooking either the park or the famous Bund. Free wired internet access and Wi-Fi are provided. IFC Residence is located right above Lujiazui Metro Station (Line 2), around a 10-minute drive from the Bund. Shanghai Ocean Aquarium is around a 10-minute walk away and New International Expo Center is around a 20-minute drive away. It takes around 40 minutes by car from the hotel to Pudong International Airport. Shanghai Disneyland can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. All well-decorated apartments are fitted with pleasant neutral shades and ample natural sunlight. Each has a kitchen with a stove, a microwave and a dish washer. An iPod dock, a blu-ray player, a washing machine and ironing facilities are included as well. The property has implemented ultraviolet light disinfection of main air ventilation and water supply.
