The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I forgot my adaptor, and all the hotel loan items were out with other guests. The receptionist offered to order me one to arrive at the hotel in 30 minutes. The English at the hotel was also excellent, and there was no language barrier. The room was cleaned daily and replenished with two complimentary bottles of water, a Coke and Sprite, complementary biscuits, and crackers. The hotel was accessible all night with a secure key card lift access system. During your stay, you'll see robots roaming the hotel, which are used for room service and parcel delivery. The toilets are electric with a built-in bidet, fan dryers and various other functions. I will be rebooking on my next trip to China, fantastic value for money
