Casa Jade is in an ideal location, looking over Drake Bay. There are lots of parrots that roost in the trees there and they fly in at night, really special! The common kitchen and sitting area is ideal for making a meal and meeting guests from all over the world. The basic cabins are small but adequate and I felt like I was sleeping in the jungle in our cabin with garden view! I loved it. There are options for AC or without AC. The owner, Henar, was so kind and helpful, she is the perfect host.

Such nice people working here. Henar picked me up in her car from the boat so that I wouldn’t have to walk with luggage up the hill. I went on a Corcovado overnight trip, and she stored my luggage while I was there, also let me take a shower when I came back to grab my bags before heading to the airport, and she had pre-arranged a taxi for me while I was gone. They really went out of their way to make the stay so easy and accommodating for me, and I couldn’t have been more appreciative. Also, cold air conditioning :)

This might be the best place we stayed in Costa Rica. The cabins were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked etc. it was very easy to organize tours with the helpful staff. Most importantly, at night hundreds of parrots flocked and roosted in the trees around the property. One morning we woke up and saw like 5 macaws and 2 toucans in a tree right next to our cabin. Definitely worth it to get the cabin with the sea view.

The location is a bit up the hill from the beach so the view is perfect. Henar picked us up at the beach after arrival with the boat and organized the Corcovado tour for us.

Great location and close to the water. Very pretty looking and you can stay in a cabana or a regular room. Just a tiny walk to bars-restauarants, local stores and travel adventure sites. While here I looked at many other hotels and id say this is one of the best ones - very pleasant experience - was very happy here and the staff are great

Comfortable clean rooms. Went for an upgrade on arrival as it was cheap. Great location. Henar was so helpful. Came to pick me up from the bay and dropped on return. Always responded to my messages. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
