Welcome to our "Coco Palm Mezzanine studio": chic, surf-inspired cozy apartment nestled in the heart of the old Mediterranean building Casa Velha, where charm meets comfort. Compact yet inviting, two-level space apartment offers well-equipped kitchenette and essential appliances. Private, spacious bathroom with shower. The soaring ceilings create an airy atmosphere, while the stylish décor with palm trees mural, accented with surfer vibes, adds a touch of contemporary flair. The building boasts a charming patio adorned with real palm tree, offering a peaceful oasis. One of the highlights of our apartment is its access to a spacious rooftop terrace, where you can bask in the sun and soak in panoramic views of the sea and city. Although we're not exactly beachfront, the sandy shores and ocean are just a stone's throw away, offering quick and easy access to the sun, sea, and nearby surf and diving schools.
