Wonderful location just at the sea. Beautiful and spacious sandy beach just in front of the house. Great experience to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of sea waves in the background. So good, like there, we didn’t sleep for ages. The house is fully equipped, with a big garden and terrace, sunny almost entire day. The host is a very caring person - thank you Chrystal for everything!

Hotel is very comfortable with pool, well equipped gym (although a barbell would be nice), bar and parking. Rooms are nicely furnished, with very comfortable beds.
Pillows are soft and there are even robes and pool towels available in a room. Hotel is clean and smells nice. Breakfasts are tasty (fresh orange juice!).

Pervolia is a quiet place with a few restaurants, cafe and a local supermarket and chemist. You don’t need a car to get to the restaurants but if you want the beach you will need a car. The 2 restaurants we like are Kokos tavern and Pyrgos the owners are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. There is also a local bus service.

There are blue flag serviced (until the end of October) beaches at Pervolia. There are restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is a great choice for a beach holiday. A car would be essential to enjoy and explore the Island and local area. Pervolia is a large village and quite spread out so, most amenities would be quite a walk from the villa. Also, only the main streets are lit so walking anywhere at night in the dark could be hazardous.WatsonUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating...
Bambos the owner/host could not have been more accommodating or nicer. He showed us around the large property and said we were welcome to fruit from his many on site fruit trees and daily eggs from the hen coup. We had use of the bikes, which was a real bonus to explore more the surrounding area and short trip to the sea. Pool area was second to none and a fantastic size including bbq area and many facilities and outdoor fridge. The water cooler which filters tap water making the need to buy bottled water uncessary. Every kitchen need was provided, I cl Tupperware and dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and essentail household cleaning items and loads of toilet rolls. It was a home from home and will highly recommend. We will definitely be staying again.Kyprianou

Patrick is super kind and always ready to help. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Parking space available. Obviously, the pool is great! And we had a few cat visitors ❤️ Beach can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 min. Supermarket just around the corner. Restaurants also within walking distance. So all in all, perfect! Would very much like to return on our next Cyprus trip!

It's in a quite area which is not so close to Larnaca itself (you will need car/taxi to get to Larnaca). There is grocery store 10 minutes walk from the villa which is super nice. You can also use Wolt both for restaurants and also for buying groceries online. Super helpful. The check-in/out process went very smooth.

We felt safe and welcomed, the hosts are super nice and solicitous. If we travel to Cyprus again, we will definitely come back here.
