This beautiful three bedroom villa is located in coastal area of Ayia Thekla - less than 1km away from the sea. The character of property is excelled by quality and emphasises the quiet and relaxing location of the small complex where villa is situated. The centre of famous Ayia Napa is 7km away. As one enters the villa, he will find a large living area including kitchen, dining and sitting areas with one bathroom on the same level. Sliding doors open to a patio and swimming pool area with landscaped garden. On the second level are three good size bedrooms and one more bathroom to comfortably accommodate 6 persons. This villa is fully equipped and it has everything needed for relaxing and sun-filled holiday.

There are a variety of leisure facilities to please all holidaymakers.
