Please note that due to heritage building protection, there is no elevator in the hotel.
Upon arrival into town, you can go through the pedestrian zone from 15:00 to 10:30 to reach Hotel Grand and drop off any luggage. After luggage unloading, guests can park their car in the area located outside the pedestrian zone.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
