This place was such a pleasant surprise. Staff is great, they are very kind and paying attention to the needs. Dinner had a local taste. Breakfast is really the best value for money, I didn't expect such a wide variety of buffet. The room was spacious, bed comfortable for a couple & a toddler, and pleasantly warm. The Penzion-Apex is a good place to stay. The rooms are clean, the lady who runs the hotel is very nice. She does not speak any English, and that is a bit of a challenge! However, it can be overcome with modern technology now. We arrived late, she was there to meet us, and helped us arrange a cab the next day to take us to Loucim. She also really helped us through a bad experience. I left our passports in the room after we checked out. Late that day, I had to take a train down from Pilsen to get them. I messaged her, she had them in her possession, and held them until I could get there that night. She really helped me alot with that. Kdyne is a lovely city.
