This wonderful house exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We enjoyed the common area, the clean rooms and kitchen, the herb garden, and the kids loved the pool. A nice surprise was the brook winding around the house.

The newly built luxury area of Rezidence Za Vodou at the foot of Černá hora is a wonderful place for an active holiday for large families with children and groups of friends at any time of the year. Modern accommodation in private two-story houses is cozy and spacious. The tastefully designed interior, completed by wooden elements, will leave no one in doubt that it is located in the middle of mountain nature. 5 separate bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious dining area for 10 people, an equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace in each house provide enough privacy for families and couples as well as space for moments together. Create a unique atmosphere full of fun on your vacation. In the attic, we set up a children's playroom with relaxing bags, a television and the latest XBOX ONE X console with a wide selection of games. Children can climb at the climbing wall to the playroom. Each house has an outdoor terrace and a private wellness area (sauna or whirlpool). Each house has an outdoor seating area with a barbecue and access to a covered heated saltwater pool and comfortable seating on the terrace by the stream. Adults will certainly appreciate the practical utility room for storing sports equipment or drying wet clothes with covered access. Free wifi and electric car charging are a matter of course. Outdoor activities for children are waiting around every corner. In the closed area, they can play ball games, make up a adventure games, observe nature from wooden house Kukaň, which is near every house, or play in the stream. When it gets dark, make a fire, sing your favorite songs together and bake some goodies. With us, you can fully turn your fantasy into games. You can go to Janské Lázně, Pec pod Sněžkou or on the other hand to nearby Vrchlabí or Špindlerův Mlýn. In summer and winter, these mountain resorts offer plenty of sports and adrenaline activities. Krkonoše National Park is famous for its beautiful nature with beautiful views. Get to know him from the saddle of a mountain bike, scooter or while hiking. You can get to know the local fauna and flora in detail on the Treetop Trail. You can go also for culture or to a concert. There is a lot going on below and on top of Černá Hora.
