The 250sqm "Chalet Chiemgau", classified with 5 stars, offers a combination of luxury and closeness to nature and is located in a sunny south-facing slope approx. 350m from the centre of Birnbach. In a wonderful residential location, it is suitable for up to nine people, making it ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The spacious house has three bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds, as well as a children's room including two single beds. The two luxurious bathrooms have a shower and a cosy bathtub, making it a relaxing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, four-plate cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. and leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room there are more than enough possibilities to relax with two comfortable sofas and two couch chairs. Furthermore, you will find a spacious dining room in the house, as well as a utility room and you are free to use W-LAN, cable TV, stereo, Bose radio or the table tennis table. The large furnished terrace convinces with a fantastic view and invites you to linger at any time. Garage and parking spaces are available for cars. Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly met the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. For one thing, the altitude ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather events.In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with the natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
