Welcome to our two beautiful apartments in the same building - perfect for business travelers and families with children. These two exclusive 3-room apartments in the city center of Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms that make these apartments an exceptional place. The balcony offers a place in the sun in summer. The master bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed and a single bed ensure a restful night's sleep. In the second room there is a large double bed for the night. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag. It is a new build from 2018 with high quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is furnished with lots of designer furniture, Bauhaus-style chairs and other lovely details. Perfect for families with children or babies, as we also provide baby cribs and toys for your dream family if required and on request.
