The Ferienhaus am Seeblick is idyllically situated on the Krombachtalsperre with a beautiful view of the lake. Access to hiking and biking trails in the village possible. The house with about 540m² large fenced property is about 400m from the Krombachtalsperre. - a plot of 540sqm for sole use. The property is surrounded by a hedge and fence. The house has a large living and dining area and adjacent the house is equipped with a fitted kitchen. - the bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a toilet, shower, hair dryer and daylight. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a toilet, whirlpool bath (air and water jets), Bluetooth speaker and hair dryer. - Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (one connecting room), each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a television. Additional sleeping options are two extra beds and one person on the sofa bed in the living room. In the laundry room you have a washer dryer (washing machine & dryer), drying rack and an ironing board with iron. - a conservatory that can be heated in part. The conservatory is equipped with a seating area, billiards, dartboard and table football for children. -a well-kept garden with a fountain (no drinking water) and sun loungers. On the terrace there is a larger seating area with a parasol and a gas grill. In front of the holiday home you have enough space for your vehicles with 4 parking spaces directly on the property (2 wide, 2 narrow parking spaces). - Finnish sauna for 4-5 people, with great sauna infusions from FJORLAND. The sauna temperature can be read on the smart home tablets and changed if necessary. This separate room can be reached via the terrace. The electricity consumption is billed via a coin-operated machine (insert 0.50 euros, 1 euro, 2 euros)
Hello we are Isabell and Benjamin, the Westerwald is our home, where we grew up, got married and started a family. We have been married for 12 years now and have a son and a daughter. Even if we like to travel ourselves, we are quickly drawn back home. The district of Mademühlen / Krombachtalsperre was created in the 1970s after the Krombachtalsperre was built and a campsite settled there. The place was originally built as a small holiday resort, but over the years families and second home owners have also settled there. Within a radius of 400m from our holiday home there is - a restaurant (Italian) right on the lake. - a bathing beach guarded by the DLRG - a surf school - Entrances to the hiking trails - and a bus stop There is a supermarket for everyday needs in Mademühlen, 2 km away. 5 km away in Driedorf are other supermarkets, bakers, butchers, pharmacies, banks and much more... After booking you will receive a link to our guest page with many other excursion destinations and information about events in the region.
