Via an outside staircase you reach the modern furnished vacation apartment on the second floor. From the west-facing living room with a panoramic window front and balcony you have a wonderful, free and undeveloped view into the garden and across the fields to the forest. Non-smoking apartment, however, a small smoking corner is available in front of the house entrance.We participate in sustainable tourism - environmentally friendly accommodation - electricity we obtain from the sun through our photovoltaic - plant - thermal energy we also obtain ecologically - from "deep underground"- rainwater use for watering the garden - We strive to keep the total energy / water consumption low- The total amount of waste is reduced by separating glass, waste paper, plastic and bio garbage can.
