In the heart of Constance, in the pedestrian zone of the old town, this bright, quiet flat is located on the first floor of a small townhouse dating back to the 14th century (1380). The quiet street is just a few minutes' walk from the shopping streets, the train station, the LAGO shopping center and numerous restaurants, taking you to Switzerland or the lake. Entirely renovated in 2024, the flat is accessible by a straight staircase and features a living room opening onto the street and a double bedroom with a balcony opening onto the gardens hidden behind the facades. A small kitchen and bathroom complete the apartment. For your comfort, bed linen (duvet cover and pillowcase) and one toilet set (bath sheet and towel) per person are provided. One (or more) additional toilet set(s) can be provided on request at a cost of EUR 10 per set. Please note: the ceiling height in the bedroom and shower does not exceed 1.90/1.95 m! Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Guests with bicycles can park them in the courtyard.
