Our company is BIAG Invest Germany GmbH, a German branch of BIAG Invest Holding GmbH based in Switzerland. Both companies are subsidiaries of BIC Real Estate AG. The company has been successfully managed in Switzerland since 2016. We have christened our accommodation "FlatDeCologne" out of solidarity and love for Cologne. All accommodations are very popular, are modern, new, renovated, clean, tidy and in the best location in Cologne.

Property information

Enjoy life and our beautiful city on the Rhine. In the middle of the city center but far away from the noise of the big city, you live either in one of our spacious studios (S1/2/4/6) or in the slightly larger apartments (S3+5) with a separate bedroom, shower room, a cozy living-dining area Kitchenette, in our freshly renovated guest house, in the best downtown location in Cologne and close to the Rhine and all attractions.

Neighbourhood information

Chlodwigplatz, Severinstraße, Kölner Ringe, pedestrian zones Schildergasse and Hohestraße as well as the cathedral and the old town can all be reached on foot in a few minutes. Numerous cafés, restaurants and Cologne pubs, as well as the heart of the popular Südstadt, can also be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The modern harbor district in Cologne, the legendary "Rheinauhafen", is in the immediate vicinity and offers numerous restaurants and cafés as well as a beautiful Rhine promenade that invites you to take a walk. This is also where the Cologne/Düsseldorf excursion boats set off, with which you can admire the Cologne skyline from the water. Is a wonderful experience, especially in the evening.
