Wohnglück an der Nordsee GmbH is part of the Scheel Group and was founded in 2021 to provide tourists with apartments from the Scheel Group's portfolio and to share our beautiful North Sea coast with even more people. The accommodations are all located on the North Sea coast in the middle of the Wilhelmshaven/Friesland vacation region and the sea is just a stone's throw away. The first apartment was rented for the first time in January 2022. Since then, apartments have been added continuously.

Property info

The Olympia guesthouse consists of a total of eight single rooms with private bathroom. Each room is equipped with a freshly made bed, towels, a desk and a TV. In front of the guesthouse there is a large parking lot, where both cars and trucks can be parked. In addition, there are two large, fully equipped kitchens, which can be used by all rooms. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the guest house. Only on the balcony smoking is allowed.

Neighborhood info

Directly under the guest house there is an Asian restaurant with a large buffet. The accommodation is located near the highway A29. On the large parking lot in front of the accommodation can be parked both trucks and cars.
