Cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and the concert church are just a few steps away, and the cultural park and Lake Tollensesee can be reached in around 15-20 minutes on foot. Last renovated in 2018, the approx. 55 m² non-smoking apartment with separate entrance is tastefully furnished and extends over two levels. On the first floor there is a large living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small balcony) with open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, washing machine), the bathroom (bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. On the upper floor there is a spacious living/bedroom (double bed, sofa, sitting area, TV) and a further bedroom (2 single beds) The apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. Parking, bicycle storage, crib, high chair and free W-LAN are also available. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels.
