On 57 m², a modern, light-filled apartment awaits you with direct garden access, lots of comfort, and charming details. Ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers. The bedroom offers a cozy double bed (180x200 cm) and ample storage. In the living room, there is a pull-out sofa for two additional guests. A foldable travel baby crib is also available. The spacious kitchen (14 m²) is separate and fully equipped: → Ceramic cooktop → Oven → Range hood → Dishwasher → Fridge with freezer compartment → Coffee machine, kettle, toaster → Egg boiler, blender, coffee grinder → Cookware, cutlery, plates, wine glasses → Large selection of pots and pans → Salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices, oil More highlights: → Smart TV → High-speed Wi-Fi → Washing machine & cleaning supplies → Balcony with access to private terrace & garden → Sun loungers, BBQ area → Electric shutters → Panoramic window in the living room with garden view → 2 free parking spaces directly in front of the house (no height/length restrictions) Self-check-in via keybox.
