Please note that the total price does not include any spa tax. This has to be paid on site. We warmly welcome you to our beautiful holiday home, right by the forest, south-facing slope, with an unobstructed view of meadows and forests. From here you can hike the qualified hiking trail "Sauerland Höhenflug" with a length of 250 km. Hallway 1: entrance area with chair and table. Hall 2: clothes rack Kitchen bright and modern with storage room. Kitchenette with stove and convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, fridge/freezer, DAB+ radio, etc. Living room: Bright and modern with living room cupboard, comfortable couch with sleeping function, armchair, table, Blu-Ray/DVD player, satellite system, 46 inch Sony TV, games, DVD, books, W-LAN. Please note !!! Each booking will only provide one bedroom and one bathroom for up to two people. The house is on a dead end street ! In the immediate vicinity is: Soccer field, volleyball, basketball, climbing wall, golf course (2 km) Sorpesee (5km) diving base, swimming, boat and ship tours, beach, well-developed cycle paths, skating, etc. A new restaurant/cafe has been opened on the southern beach. Ski and hiking paradise "Wilde Wiese" 5 km Well-stocked village shop (almost like a supermarket) in 300 m, restaurant about 500 meters. Next supermarket in 5 km. Further away: Biggesee, Diemelsee, Möhnesee, Hennesee, Aabach Dam, Atta Cave, Balver Cave, Kilianstollen, Bilstein Cave, Winterberg, Schmallenberg, Rothaarsteig, Wildlife Park, Bilstein Castle, Altena Castle, Fort Fun Panorama Park, Winnetou in Elspe, etc. All easily accessible by car. The shopping center is 9 km away in Sundern like Aldi, REWE, Marktkauf etc. The house has two large terraces which can be reached via an outside staircase. Garden furniture is in the basement via external stairs, large sun umbrellas, parking at the house. The main entrance and the basement room with the garden furniture can be opened from the terrace with a master key.
