Die Mobilheime verfügen über alles, was man zu einem perfekten Urlaub braucht . Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Die Liegestühle und die Terrassenbestuhlung sind ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, reicht aber. Die Lage des Platzes ist perfekt, fußläufig in 10 Minuten in ochsenfurt. Der fahradweg startet direkt vor dem Platz. Von dort gibt es vielerlei Möglichkeiten zu radeln in alle Richtungen. Abends noch eine Runde am Main sitzen, liegebänke am Spielplatz .

FACILITIES: free Wifi, private boat harbour, pool (12 m x 6 m), slip facility (200 m), restaurant with sun terrace, pub, wine bar, minimarket, bread roll service, children's playground, barbecue area. outdoor chess, table tennis, table kicker, beach volleyball, TV room, amphitheatre, barbecue is allowed. FOR A FEE: washing machines, dryers.

The KNAUS campsite is located in the small village of Frickenhausen which lies on the foot of the beautiful vineyard Kapellenberg, directly at the River Main. The camping park is divided by a side arm of the river Main. On the resulting island you find a large children's playground, volleyball field, grill hut as well as a giant chess board. Directly adjacent to the camping park is the newly designed public outdoor swimming pool. The entrance is free for our guests. The centre of Frickenhausen with its patrician houses is about 1 km away. The historic old town of Ochsenfurt, with its beautiful half-timbered buildings, is also just 1 km away on the opposite bank of the river Main. The nearby wine resorts of Sommerhausen and Randersacker are also worth a visit. The famous bishop's town of Würzburg with its numerous sights, the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Residenz and its many shopping opportunities is located about 20 km away. Bamberg, another bishop's town, is also only a car trip away.The campsite is also an ideal starting point for discoveries in or through the romantic Frankenland.
