The property is based in the "Beeck" district in the central-north part of Duisburg. We offer our guests six fully furnished and equipped apartments: 4 x 2 rooms (50 sqm) -2 room apartment (2 rooms+kitchen+ bathroom) 1 x 3 rooms (70 sqm) -3 room apartment (3 rooms+kitchen+ bathroom) 1 x 1 room (30 sqm) -1 room apartment (1 room + kitchen+ bathroom)
Your Host is gonna` be Johnny. He is a nice dude, until you start being loud, smokung in the room or breaking things in the apartment.
Our neighborhood in Duisburg- Beeck is not comparable with downtown Manhattan. Nor are the prices.... Duisburg is an industrial city where most of the people work in the Steel- Iron -Shipping or other heavy industry sectors, hence the buildings are not as representative as in Düsseldorf or München. or Karlsruhe. Regardless of the above, Dousburg Beeck is a quiet pleasant place for a short stay. in a circle of 300 meters we have 5 restaurants 3 Turkish a Greek a Thai (Asian). a supermarket (Rewe), 2 pharmacies, a bank and other shops.
