The accommodation units are spread over three floors and offer space for up to 21 guests in total. On the first floor there is a rustic lounge (CD player available) for approx. 25 people with a separate kitchen including crockery, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, which is ideal for groups and family celebrations. All accommodation units are centrally heated and are equipped with shower/WC or bathtub and kitchenette. On the property there is a communal lawn, a pavilion with barbecue facilities, sandpit, climbing tower, table tennis, slide and swings as well as a parking lot and bicycle storage room.the total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels (please bring your own shower or bath towels) and final cleaning. One small dog (max. height up to 40 cm) allowed. The 44 square meter apartment for up to 5 people is located on the first floor of the house and is equipped with living room (double bed couch - extra bed for 2 pers., armchair, TV, radio, W-LAN), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 single bed), hallway with kitchenette (electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher) and bathroom (shower / WC, hairdryer). Neuwernsdorf - a quiet, idyllic little village in the Erzgebirge – is located directly on the Czech border, right next to the Rauschenbach dam and is worth a visit at any time of year. At an altitude of 500 m to over 800 m above sea level, the region offers the best conditions for a variety of sporting activities as well as a relaxing vacation away from noise and stress.
