Stylishly furnished, renovated 4-room kitchen -bathroom-guest toilet - mezzanine floor -old apartment on approx. 125m² -with historical stucco and wooden floor as well as modern soundproof windows in the heart of the most beautiful city in Germany - Hamburg! Exclusive and inviting. Luxury bathroom and full kitchen The 3 cozy bedrooms with 3.80m high ceilings and original stucco rosettes, each with more than 20m ², are largely hidden from view and located behind evergreen hedges. They have 1.80 m wide beds, spacious wardrobes, desks and comfortable loungers. The very large eat-in kitchen offers a spacious dining area with an oak table, bench and 4 leather chairs, as well as a comfortable Chesterfield sofa for a relaxed get-together. Equipped with a Miele refrigerator and separate ice maker, oven and stove, as well as other branded appliances such as dishwasher and coffee maker from Bosch and Nespresso machine, you will find all the helpers in the kitchen from knife block to salad spinner that you need for a fulminate meal with friends or needs an extensive breakfast brunch. It's almost too good for a quick French breakfast.
The Schanzenviertel with its colorful shops and lively nightlife, university, fair, Alster, Planten and Bloomen-Park, Dammtor train station and Grindelhof not more than a stone's throw away, our beautiful apartment offers the perfect starting point for all kinds of city explorations -Location you can get anywhere easily -and in the breaks you can enjoy peace and security in a stylish ambience and collect energy. The modern soundproof windows do their job here and make you forget that you are in the middle of one of the liveliest metropolises in the country. In front of the entrance you will find a small but nice terrace surrounded by hedges for a quick cigarette, a breather in the air of Hamburg or simply to light up the grill. There is also a small parking space for a mini or compact car, as well as a baby chair and cot. In short: simply a great apartment. Have fun and have a good time!
