The newly renovated 46sqm apartment features a bedroom with a modern, large box spring bed and an open wardrobe and storage space. The apartment is centrally located in Krefeld Uerdingen. From here you can reach the beautiful, industrial Rhine bank in 4 minutes on foot. In summer, "Rhineside", the street art beer garden on the Rhine bank of Krefeld Uerdingen, attracts visitors here with lots of music and entertainment. Uerdingen itself offers a small, pretty city center with cafes and some stores, which can be easily reached on foot. Düsseldorf Airport and the Düsseldorf Trade Fair can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The apartment is close to the Bayer plant, Siemens, Chempark Uerdingen, Lanxess (4 minutes by car, 6 minutes by bus/train) and Cargill, as well as the Fressnapf headquarters (10 minutes by car). Krefeld's city center can be easily reached by bus and train or in 15 minutes by car. In the direct neighborhood is Edeka, a large modern supermarket with all things for daily needs.
