We loved the location. It is right in front of Monschau Glashute, 5 minutes walk from Burgau, and 2 minutes from Cafe Thelen, one of the best places for lunch in Monschau. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the view of the river right in front was really nice. We wanted a private spot not in the heart of the town, and it was perfect for us. If you want to be in the heart of town, then choose something right within Monschau altstad as the town is really tiny. The check in experience was smooth (remote), and the breakfast was quite nice too. Staff spoke German, Dutch and English; we faced no problem at all.
