Holiday home with sauna located in a quiet area in Marielyst. The cottage is suitable for several families, incl. families with children, as the place is divided into 3 departments. Main house with 2 bedrooms and bath. Annex with 1 bedroom, bathroom and sauna. And the log cabin with 1 bedroom of 10 sqm. For the little ones there are 2 cots, baby bath and high chair. Open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen. Among other things, stereo with CD player, DVD player, TV and satellite dish with German and Danish channels. The cottage has air / air / heat pump and wood stove that helps for cheap heating. Guests have access to free firewood as needed. Both covered and open terrace of 18 m2. Cozy nooks and space to grill, sunbathe and have fun on the lovely summer evenings. On the terrace you will find 6 wicker position chairs and 2 sun loungers. There are opportunities for ball games, outdoor darts, multi-tables, exercise ribs and a petanque court. For the children there is also a play tower, slide and sandpit. The plot is fenced and suitable for families with children and with pets. Free access to water park. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
