The apart. is over 130 square feet in size and have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen. The apartment is modern and has all new furnisher and electric appliances all you need. New Administration excellent service! 2 A/C, TV in two bedrooms. You can enjoy your meals on the 6-seat dining table. You can feel free to use all spaces inside the apartment, nice and comfortable and very clean and space with easy access inside of the residential and easy going to all the city National District.

Quiet Neighborhood, there are shopping center and restaurants close by. The transportation routes are just one block away and very low price. the train is only 3 mins. away if you want to get around quickly. 30mins to Boca Chica Beach. you can find supermarkets all around the residence. transportation is easy to find. all you have to do is walk one block to the main Street and you can hop on minibuses and taxis. then a 5-minute ride to the train station that will take you all over the city for less than a dollar. We have 2 airports nearby. Las Américas Airport is 35 minutes, and La Isabela Airport (for local flights) is 10 minutes away. Metro and ca Full access to the property. We have staff that work on the complex every day from 20 hrs. per day and 24-hour security watchmen. I always tend to give my guest their own space. Yet, I am always available for anything. Guest can always reach me through text or call 24 hrs.
